Their bagels are f...I agree with the other poster. Their bagels are fresh and fantastic, and they make delicious fried egg sandwiches (cooked on the grill, NOT in a microwave). I was disappointed when they closed their previous location (now operated by Justin's Bagels, nowhere near as good), and am glad to see they have returned. Delish coffee cake as well. The ONLY place to get a decent NYC style bagel in the Charlotte metro area. The employees have always been super friendly. Love visiting their other locations when I can.
