Giacomo's in High Point supplies many of the specialty Italian stores (not that there are that many) with salami, sausage and other cold cuts that they make in High Point. They also specialize in all sorts of Italian salads, prepared foods, breads, etc. I go there several times a year and definitely a few days prior to Christmas.
